A: We do lighting project, we don’t have store products usually, all products you get are newly manufactured after payment received.
Q: How does your factory do regarding to quality control?
A: We have related record to monitor IQC and QC, all lamps will have 24-72hrs aging test before packing and delivery.
Q: Could you customized product for me?
A: Yes, we could customize products for you, please share us your detail requirement.
Q: Why some suppliers provide same products with lower price?
A: As long as the company you contact is a manufacturer, good quality product should have same price level with us.
Q: How to place an order? A: Firstly,send us orders by e-mail with your detail information, then we will send you a Pl to confirm. Secondly ,if all information is right and you can make payment. Finally,we will arrange order in time once received your payment.
Q: If product have problems,how should i do?
A: First of all ,all products will test 48 hours before ship to our customer ,if products have problems, please send picture and video to us ,then our engineer will find the problem asap,and we will send new ligth or spare parts in free if it's our quality problem.
